We understand the need for telephone consultations and so, we have adapted our services to include both telehone and video calling for any new, or existing clients. The service is both convenient and inclusive making veterinary care more accessible for all, in our community.
Our telemed service is also great for those of you who may have a non-urgent question about how to best care for your pet, but feel a vet visit isn't quite warranted. Sometimes we might feel that our pets may need to be physically seen by a vet, but can't be sure and don't want to waste time and money on a consultation. We can advise on the best course of action whether that's care that can be carried out by you at home, or maybe we feel your pet would benefit from seeing one of our clinicians.
Our telemed appointments last up to 15 minutes giving plenty of time for a quick chat with our Vet. For video consultations, we mostly use WhatsApp however if this is not suitable, we are very flexible and happy to discuss the best platform for communicating.
This service can often triage any injuries or set of symptoms that are causing you and your pet concern but cannot diagnose conditions or prescribe medications; a physical examination is required for this.
